1. What is the mission or purpose of your project?

2. Who is the target audience for your project?

3. Why is your project important to your target audience? Why is it important to you?

4. Estimate how many members you think your project will need. Briefly describe the different levels of involvement available to members.

5. What level of funding do you think your project may require? Will you be traveling? Holding an event? Printing materials?

6. Outline the timeline for your project. Will you be holding events this semester? Will you be planning for a larger event to be held at a later time?

7. What are your short-term and long-term goals for your project?

8. Do you have any contacts or collaboration opportunities that will help the progress of your project? If so, explain. If not, explain any collaboration opporotunities you feel may be helpful.

9. Why will your project be successful?

Note: Once submitted, this proposal will be emailed to all members of the UW-Madison SIFE Executive Board. Even if you have previously spoken with an executive, be as thorough as possible with all responses. You will be contacted once your proposal is reviewed. Thank you.
